In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of
your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way.

If product is damaged when received, please forward photographs of damaged product to sales@4jhoseandsupply.com immediately. Once received, a return call tag will be issued and provided avoiding customer the cost of return shipping. Customer may elect replacement or refund, once item is returned.

If no photographs are received for damaged shipment, or item is returned but not due to damage or incorrect item being shipped, refund will be processed as follows.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The
money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For
credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit
card statement. Credit may not include cost of original shipment, if part was ordered in error by customer, damaged in shipment but no documentation provided, or at discretion of 4J Hose and Supply. Original shipping cost shall be refunded if shipment was damaged (with documentation) upon arrival, or error in shipment by 4J Hose and Supply.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days
have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any and all returns must have a valid Return Authorization number. A return autorization number may be obtained by calling 800-579-2315 or e-mailing sales@4jhoseandsupply.com. Returns that have not been issued a Return Authorization number may be rejected for any refund.
